The Ki-discipline is a way that each person can apply in their everyday life. Anyone can practice Aikido because all the movements are natural. For someone who is not too strong or flexible, the Ki-training will improve his physical condition. You learn how to train your body and mind together. So the body will naturally become healthy and strong. We learn to reduce the everyday stress, to get to know us better and to make best use of our abilities. Through simple exercises, which are accompanied by breathing and coordination exercises, mind and body will be strengthened and influence positively our well-being. Anyone can train the Ki discipline also separately from the aikido techniques. Age and gender do not play a role, but is a minimum age of 16 years required.
